Your adventure begins! Upon arrival in Lima, you’ll be picked up at the airport and transferred to your accommodation in the lively Miraflores district. If time allows, enjoy a gentle evening stroll or simply rest after your journey.

Rise and shine early, it’s time for our first adventure! We’ll travel together to the city of Ica to taste some Pisco Sour and then to the famous desert oasis of Huacachina, where dune buggies and sandboarding await. Feel the adrenaline as we ride across giant sand dunes and take in spectacular desert landscapes. After an unforgettable day, we’ll return to our Lima accommodation for a restful night.

This morning we head into the Andes! We’ll take a short flight from Lima to Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire. After transferring to our stay, we’ll keep the pace gentle to help with acclimatization. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour to explore Cusco’s beautiful plazas, markets, and historic streets before resting for the evening.

Today is all about culture and scenery. We’ll visit a vibrant textile workshops where ancient weaving techniques are preserved, the fascinating circular terraces of Moray, the shimmering Maras Salt Mines, and the welcoming local community of Misminay. You’ll learn about ancient agricultural practices and enjoy breathtaking mountain views before returning to Cusco for the evening at our accommodation.

It’s time for one of the most beautiful train rides in the world. From Cusco, we’ll board the famous train to Aguas Calientes, the town at the base of Machu Picchu. The panoramic windows make the journey itself unforgettable. Then the highlight of the trip has arrived, Machu Picchu! After a short bus ride up the mountain, we’ll enter the iconic archaeological site together. Your entry ticket is included, and we’ll be joined by a local guide to bring the history and magic of this wonder to life. After exploring, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes for an overnight stay.

After having breakfast together at the accommodation. This day is yours to relax, explore the town, soak in the hot springs, hiking or enjoying some waterfalls. We will have another overnight stay in Aguas Calientes before heading back to Cusco.

This morning, we’ll hop back on the scenic train, retracing the beautiful route through the Andes as we return to Cusco. The afternoon and evening are free for you to relax, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy Cusco’s vibrant nightlife before heading back to our stay in the city.

This is your day! Rest, wander Cusco’s cobbled streets, or join an optional excursion (not included) to stunning Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, or other adventures nearby. In the evening, we’ll regroup at our Cusco accommodation and share stories of the day.

After breakfast, we’ll fly back to Lima. Upon arrival, we’ll transfer to our accommodation and spend the evening joining a city tour, visiting highlights like the Plaza de Armas and Barranco district. In the evening, we’ll gather for a special farewell dinner. It’s the perfect way to say goodbye to Peru & your fellow travelers while enjoying one last night together.

All great adventures must come to an end. You’ll be transferred to the airport for your international flight home. Expect hugs, photos, and heartfelt goodbyes from your new travel family before heading back with unforgettable memories of Peru.
